Managing Director



Graham Hill



Graham started his security career by joining the British Army at the age of 17 and served a full 22 years. During this time he completed several operational tours and deployments in the Middle East, Europe, and North America reaching the rank of Warrant Officer by the time he left.


On leaving the forces he re-qualified in Close Protection and went on to work on projects in Iraq for Control Risk Group and Aegis Defence Services at what can only be described as ‘challenging times’ during the height of the insurgency.


Graham was then recruited to work in Algeria as Director of Security for IHI Cooperation, managing on a day to day basis all aspects of security for a workforce of over 5000. In 2009 Graham was successfully interviewed as a Senior High-Risk Advisor for the BBC, specialising in taking teams to high-risk areas globally.


Although his work in the main has been with News Gathering teams he also advises programmes such as Top Gear, Sports (F1), and international events. He currently specialises in briefing and supporting teams wanting to cover news stories in the Middle East and South East Asia. As the owner and Managing Director of Clearview Security, Graham has a hands-on approach to company activities.


Supporting and briefing the teams to ensure we are providing the best possible service we can. Encouraging the team to take the next steps in courses or education and ensuring they all have a balance of work and family time. Graham is proactive in supporting activities in the local community and also has an interest in Photography, with some of his photos being used on National News Programmes.


Graham currently holds his Security Industry Authority (SIA) Close Protection Officers license together with Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Medicine In Remote Areas (MIRA) qualifications ​






Finance Director



Jean Cook



Jean has been with the company since it was established in 2013, and has contributed and supported the growth in Clearview Security Ltd by creating accurate accounting processes.


As the Finance Director Jean is responsible for managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. She is also providing key support services such as accounts payable, pensions, and payroll.


Answerable to the Managing Director, Jean provides monthly and annual target assessments to ensure the company has a positive year-end and that the company is able to forecast and support growth.


Jean is originally from Norfolk and although has regular visits to family, has made Shropshire her second home. Jean is a keen walker, with her trusted Labrador, and in her spare time supporter of local charities.


She has been instrumental in supporting the company's affiliation to local food banks and community centres that have become the heart of the communities during the COVID-19 lockdown.





Business Development Manager



Katie Leese




Katie joined Clearview Security as business development manager in October 2020, bringing with her a wealth of expertise in both the commercial and residential sectors.


Katie’s extensive background includes over 20 years’ sales and marketing experience gained in the security products and construction industries which will stand her in good stead as she takes up her new role. This addition to the team is a further demonstration of our commitment to customers, our quality of service, and our reputation.


In her new role, Katie will be instrumental in driving new sales opportunities for the vast range of professional security services and products available from Clearview.


Driven by a desire to deliver excellent customer service, Katie is looking forward to being part of a highly dedicated team, focused on strengthening the business while continually exceeding clients’ expectations. She is also keen to embark on her Security Industry Authority training in order to provide additional support to the team.


When she’s not visiting clients or out on site, Katie can often be found walking or cycling in the Shropshire hills.










Office Manager



Kristina Poulter



Kristina joined the company in May 2016 as an Administrator and Receptionist. Since joining Clearview Security she has obtained an SIA Non-Frontline Licence, which enables her to provide operational support to the Directors. She has also completed qualifications in Office management, ITC Level 3 Emergency First aid at work training, GDPR training and Screening/Vetting with a certificate for License dispensation notice training.


Now as the companies Office Manager, Kristina assists with the smooth running of the office which includes account administration, the organising of office operations & procedures, providing general support to clients & visitors, dealing with correspondence & queries and supporting the office & control room staff.


Kristina has proven herself as a vital interface between operations and administration, supporting contracts, welfare issues as well as speaking to clients on a daily basis.


Kristina lives locally with her family and is very much family orientated took on the organisation of the company competition for children of staff members during the COVID-19 lockdown. Needless to say, it was such a close competition all the applicants got a prize.






Senior Supervisor



Stuart Evans



Stuart joined the company in September 2013 as an experienced Security Officer having worked for other security companies, both local and in other areas.


He gained HABC Level 2 Award in CCTV Operations (Public Space Surveillance) (QCF) in January 2014 and has progressed to the position of Senior Supervisor with a view to becoming Operations Manager.


Stuart possesses front line SIA Licences in CCTV Operation and Security Guarding.


His duties include responsibility for the maintenance of an appropriate level of security in respect of client sites, protection of the public and the prevention and detection of crime to ensure a safe and secure environment for all by following Control Room and Mobile Driver Procedures.


Stuart undertakes security operations, including control of day to day activities, communications, CCTV and access control systems. He liaises with all levels of staff and visitors in a courteous and professional manner and is capable of using his own initiative when dealing with any situations that arise in the course of his duties






Senior Supervisor (Daytime)



Andy Stevens



Andy joined Clearview Security Ltd on its launch in April 2013 and was instrumental in supporting the company with guarding and monitoring activists during this important time. Andy gained his second SIA license in CCTV Monitoring and helped to ensure the company had the right procedures in place to give the clients the best possible service. Being hardworking, polite, and supportive, Andy is a well-respected member of the team and is often personally requested by clients on various tasks both locally and nationally keeping him busy and underlining his promotion in the company. Andy has recently been promoted to Senior Supervisor (Day time), where he is responsible for supporting all operational requests Monday – Friday. Andy lives in Telford with his wife, with the majority of his spare time taken up with grandchildren activities which he thoroughly enjoys.
